Point Moore Lighthouse
“Point Moore Lighthouse” The Point Moore Lighthouse is a spectacular sight with it’s red and white stripes and stands out proudly amidst the Geraldton Landscape, built in 1878 and standing 34 meters high it was the first all steel tower built on the mainland of Australia. The tower is a prefabricated steel tower by Chance Bros. of Birmingham, and brought to Australia in segments from England aboard the “Lady Louisa” and then bolted together on the foundations.
The Point Moore lighthouse is also the oldest surviving Commonwealth lighthouse in Western Australia.
Limited Editions: This print is a Limited Edition, 30cm and 40cm on longest edge are limited to 100 editions all other sizes are limited to 50 editions.
