My Story

Hi! I was born in Geraldton and have lived in and around the Geraldton area most of my life and wouldn't live anywhere else, as I love the relaxed country lifestyle it offers. I'm now based in Buller in the beautiful Shire of Chapman Valley just outside of Geraldton where I live with my husband and dog “Gogo”.

Photography has always interested me and I have been photographing horse sports on and off for nearly 30 yrs. I have always had a great love of horses and for many years I owned and showed Dressage and Show horses. 

My love of photography goes back many years as I have always owned a camera in one form or another, from the Kodak Instamatic to the Polaroid, SLR’s, point & shoot digital camera’s and DSLR’s.  I have now swapped to the Mirrorless system and absolutely love my Canon R5.

 I love all types of photography and I’m very passionate about fine art photography, I was a member of my local camera club for more than 10 years, sitting on the committee for most of that time and serving as President and vice President for more than 6 yrs.

Having a great love of family history I helped to preserve and digitise all the photos in the museum at North Island in the Houtman Abrolhos archipelago, where my family was one of the first crayfishing families to fish there.  

After working as a second wedding photographer for a number of years I have now decided to take on some weddings in my own unique style. It’s a great opportunity for me to combine my love of both photography and family history. I feel very privileged to be able to help others document their own history for generations to come.

There is nothing more satisfying than capturing and creating artistically beautiful, dramatic, images and turning it into a timeless piece of art that will be enjoy for a lifetime.
